Reply:Express makes very cute silky tops that go GREAT with black pants! Go with pointy shoes with a heel tall enough so that the pants almost hit the floor. A good clutch for dress-up or a leather purse for everyday. Depending on the top you may not need much jewlery, but dangle-y earings are my personal choice.
