I am looking for a black and white medium length short sleeve shirt or tank top, a short sleeve short length navy blue shirt with a few buttons on top, a light mini skirt, and any other affordable cute clothes/ shoes %26amp; accessories for a 13 year old girl. I have an outfit planned out with the striped shirt on bottom, the blue shirt on top, the mini skirt, grey leggings, white flats, and a white headband. Would that be cute?? Please help! I need affordable though. Preferably each item under $20- $25 and in my size. Anything you think would be cute please!! Thanks for the Help!

Forever21 (a store in the mall) sells basic shirts/tanks for under $10. You can also raid the clearance rack at other stores.

Reply:thats super cute. try kohls for the leggings. if u can fit in kids size 14 they have leggins there like 2 for 5 dollars. jcpenney usuallly has shirts like that and they really cheap. claires has the head band i went yesterday. and i think payless has shoes like that and they usually cheap. that awesome
Reply:go to burlington they have really cute stuff.... i jut bough the cutest red shoes there for like 20 dollars... any ways everything is very affordable...
