Places for shopping in Thailand?

I am going to Thailand, and people have told me that there I can find good places to buy for wholesale and retail.





I am going to buy my own laptop, a digital camera, an ipod and for wholesale and retail clothing, shoes, accessories.





I would appreciate if you could tell me good places with good prices for my shopping

sorry honey but your not going to get a cheap laptop, digital camera or ipod cheap here. if you do beware it's a fake. plus what happens if you have problems with the item, where will you go? think about it honey. as for cloths yes you can get them very cheap here, Bo Bae towers is a good place to start, also JJ's weekend market, Paturnam market, and Siam Square are just a few of the many here.
Reply:Hi, electrical items are not going to be cheap in Thailand. They have import taxes on foreignn goods so these are likely to be more expensive than what you can get for back home.





As for clothings, 2 places are Pratunam Wholesale Centre and Bo Bae Tower. There are numerous shops with different quality and designs and prices. You will need to shop around for deals. If you buy in bulk, their wholesale prices can typically plunge for you. So do do your calculations and check on the quality that you buy. Just to make sure you get whet you pay for.





As for accessories, typically around Chatuchak Weekend Market is where you can shop for deals. Plenty of wholesale shops where you can buy and ship off too if you want. There are courier companies awaiting your business.





As for shoes, you can try Siam Square where there are many shops selling all kind of fashion accessories and shoes. Look around and ask.
