My High School Wardrobe/Clothes?

I'm starting high school in the fall, and I want to get a new wardrobe. What are some must-have items? Tops, jeans, shoes, accessories, etc. How many clothes do you think I need for freshman year? Also, how much do you think I'm looking at for spending? Thanks! (And I don't really like Hollister and Abercrombie)

My High School Wardrobe/Clothes?
I'm not sure what type of clothes you like, but here are some ideas.

Tops-

Camis, tank tops, V-Necks (if it's too low for school, wear a tank top underneath), halters, logo tees, tunics, shrugs, and scoop necks.

Bottoms-

DENIM! It goes with everything! Skinny jeans are cute! Capris, if it's hot. Your school probably has some dress code on shorts and skirts.

Shoes-

Flip-flops, boots, sneakers, cute flats.

Accessories-

Chunky necklaces (like the gumball ones), hoop earrings, studs, cute bag.

Stores-

Forever21

Wet Seal

Delia's

Charlotte Russe

Body Shop

Urban Outfitters

Buckle

Macy's

Nordstrom

DSW (shoes)

Mix %26amp; match items for more outfits, and don't care about what other people think. If you think it looks good, then cool. Go for it!

Good luck %26amp; HAVE FUN!!!
Reply:the only "fashion" rule that i always follow is that i never wear the same outfit twice in one month. i dont mean that if you wear a pair of jeans you cant wear them until the next month but wear them with a different top and accessories. if you dont want to spend a lot of money you should go to old navy because they have a lot of great pieces for layering. You should also go to forever 21, they have really cute clothes and its inexpensive
Reply:BE YOURSELF!

Don't wear things that you think will make you look cool. Just dress the way you always dress. And if you want to buy anything, don't buy something too pricey like $40??? or $60??? You would be regretting it after seeing the same outfit in another store which is cheaper.
Reply:Search for anything comfy. I wore basicly t-shirts every day this year... You're going to have so much work to do, and life to get used to, you won't have time to worry about clothes.

Definately buy an extra outifit, or use an old one, to keep in your locker for emergencies/heating problems. I needed a jacket so many times this year! And keep something lighter in case you get hot.

Should run you like $10-$20 per shirt, and a good couple pair of jeans (Wet Seal- $25).
Reply:Who cares what's in or out, just wear what you think looks good. Plus, what's in is usually very expensive. You're probably not paying for it right now, but when you get older, you'll realize it's not worth the money.
Reply:Try OLD NAVY or target, especially for their makeup SHOES n accesories, for shur!

i'm not really sure on y our style, though! hope this wasn't a totall miss!
Reply:Stop trying to be like everyone else.. "omg you so have to get this awesome pair of RIPPED jeans at Pac Sun. Oh but they cost $60."

DUH.. do your own thing.. I found that even Wal-Mart has some pretty decent cute clothes.. and they're jeans are the exact same things only "no boundies" .. really, who's going to be stopping you in the hallway and asking what brand you have on?
