I don't know why you are on my Contacts but you are. I don't think YA is the best place to be advertising your garage sale. Plus, most people here don't live in the Philippines.
If you want to attract real buyers you should post big colorful posters or papers directing potential buyers to your home or where you are hosting the sale. Put the signs on light poles or on trees nearby. The more you put out, the better chance you will find someone to buy your stuff.
