1) a plain long white tank, you can find them online at ae.com (they're called the boyfriend tanks) or my favorite ones come from Aeropostale...even tho i hateeee that store, their white tanks are long and fit really good.
2) a pair of skinny jeans. You can basically find those anywhere.
3) EITHER a cute pair of flats or just flip flops. id go with a plain color like white...that'd go best. Maybe flip flops would go even better...you can never go wrong with Old Navy =]
4) and to finish it off, a great long pendant necklace. Not just a string of beads or watever, but a long chain with like a big heart at the end. You could look at places like Forever21. Here's one from Forever21 that i think would go great:

Reply:While I don't shop American Eagle, I have a suspiction that they have a plethora of skirts, jeans, shorts, shoes, and accessories that would go with it. Sneaky trick to keep customers' money in their stores. Stores are tricky that way. Although, I personally think that $19 for one Tshirt is expensive and would be able to put together a whole outfit for that price. (I have whole outfits that cost less than five, but that's a different topic.)

Reply:I would wear that with a pair of tight skinny jeans. Loose shirt + Skinny Jeans = Hot. For shoes, I would go with a pair of cute flats, maybe with a small bow on the top of them. Wear one of your favorite necklaces or bracelets that gives you confidence. I would wear a locket/heart like necklace with that shirt (because it has a big neck). I would wear like a camisole under it, and you could do black or whatever color you want.

Reply:I don't think it'd hurt to let it be a little dressy, but if you want to go for a more casual look, I'd suggest jeans, a ponytail. No jewelry, unless you have some that's really fun and not dressy. If you have jewelry that sort of clashes with the shirt, like something really colorful or bright, that could work to dress it down because it shows that you don't see the shirt as being something that's all that important. Just approach it with a casual manner and I'm sure it'll be fine. Good luck

Okay... I know this is a long shot... Some time ago, I remember reading in a magazine about this apparel website where EVERYTHING they sold was under $15. Clothes, Shoes, Accessories, etc. But I cannot remember for the life of me what it was called. I have actually visited it and it is a quality website (not clearance, or ebay, etc.). Heeeeeyy....i am 12 and i had that same problem to i did the same exact thing...you can wear a padded bra to make you more "full"...straten your hair COMPLETLY...mascara....blue eyeshadow usually works...a redish pink lipstick...if you have light skin wear dark colors...vis versa.....shoes....ummm pumps...but if he does ask you out...SAY NO....let him want you...and if he was such a jerk in the first place...you should forget about him....thats exactly what i did...i just decided not to like him anymore...but i did what u were doing...he dumped his girlfriend asked me out and i said no...his ex girlfriend was mad and he has noone now...but were still friends...lol...

Reply:just look your best. smell good but nothing too strong. use just a little makeup (a bit of mascara, lip gloss, and maybe some eyeliner). hairstyle? just neat and brushed, i dont think they pay too much attention to that. for clothes, just wear something that looks good on you with a nice pair of shoes.
most importantly you need to be friendly and talk to him. get to be friends with him.
BUT theres no way to force him to like you, but those are just a few tips to make a good impression. =]

(or at least buy Allure and TeenVogue) some great things to buy right now are skinny jeans, but if u dont look good in them, try just any jeans. my must have right now is tights, so those are great too, you can wear them with short dresses or skirts. for shoes, ballet flats are a must!!! try visiting www.teenvogue.com for more. for makeup, eyeliner is a must. be sure u know how to put it on so u dont end up looking emo. also, lipgloss is good. target is great for bags and accessories. good luck!!!!!

Heeeeeyy....i am 12 and i had that same problem to i did the same exact thing...you can wear a padded bra to make you more "full"...straten your hair COMPLETLY...mascara....blue eyeshadow usually works...a redish pink lipstick...if you have light skin wear dark colors...vis versa.....shoes....ummm pumps...but if he does ask you out...SAY NO....let him want you...and if he was such a jerk in the first place...you should forget about him....thats exactly what i did...i just decided not to like him anymore...but i did what u were doing...he dumped his girlfriend asked me out and i said no...his ex girlfriend was mad and he has noone now...but were still friends...lol...
