17th birthday outfit?

so it will be my 17th birthday in 22 days. im having a hard time finding a dress that i like. any help. the price range can go up to 200 bucks. that includes shoes, accessories and a purse.


i really like vintage style mixed with modern stuff. and i really like peep toe pumps. thanks! oh yeah, i dont like buying stuff online so the store has to be something in the mall like nordstroms, macys, forever21 stuff like that. thanks a ton!
