great for fashion advise...

Hope u like it!!! Kissessss
Reply:I think that the brown and blue and then Champagne and gold would look lovely. I would either wear your hair down and I would wear some brown heels maybe and then as for your hair as I said leave it down and curl it at the ends, or do an updo like a bun or have it professionally down, and get your nails done.. You'll look great.
Reply:well asian you could be any race. asia is a huge place. HELLO!
Reply:def thats a hot dress go for it
Reply:gold or brown shoes curl your hair and maybe do it in a bun with the curls showing and for more accessories go to Clair's
Reply:The best prom dresses you can find is @ the channel store. But if u wanna go cheaper try Macy's or evn JC's
Reply:orange dress

hair either up

or down w/curls

silver strappy shoes
Reply:.
Reply:The style is a bit odd to my tastes. I understand that the current styles show a metallic or cire' fabric with more traditional flow.

Maybe something like this...it has that flounce that you like

I'd love a prom date with this one in black, but the neckline may be a bit low for you

http://www.dresses.com/evening19.html

I like the hair shoulder length...Putting it up is common, but shoulder length is attractive...
Reply:my god! you are paying that much for that dress?!

i like it, but that much money is insane. i guess get the black and white. i don't know how it'll look, since the dress in the pic is blue/brown. if your hair is black, go for the blk/wht.
Reply:I don't like the dress, I think it would make you or anyone else that wears it look like a flamingo dancer. If you do go for that dress, go with the black and white, it will look more classy, the color of the dress in the pic is awful.

There are many dress's out there that I have seen around that would make you look a million. Have you tried Jessica Mclintock, they always have beautiful gowns at great prices and they have stores in many malls. I think that you should tie your hair up and go for the Glam look. Its only your prom once. Have a blast. Shopping for the dress is the best part.

Reply:I feel Gay right now but I really think that dress is lovely. Unfortunately I have no clue about hair styles
Reply:umm.....you should curl ur hair...lol???
Reply:i like it! brown and blue or champagne and gold!!! good luck and have fun

What is the latests trends in everything?

what in for fashion, clothes, shoes, accessories, etc..

What is the latests trends in everything?
red and black colour...wearing stocking and tights...short heels boots..umm u can find sme of the latest fashion frm sg website at 88db..they have korean fashion clothings..umm i tht u can also see those fashion frm tv..
Reply:ok....

clothes: tights, dresses (knee length), not anything bulky, darker colors

shoes: pumps, flats

accecories: nothing big or bulky...not bright colors. mabye a subtle headband (J. Crew has really nice ones)
Reply:the latest fashion is flats like air walkers or something of that sort. with clothes, try to match up colors like if you were a pink and white shirt with a little silver, try getting a silver necklace and some silver earrings and then if its cold were a nice pink sweater. always color coordinate. and if u could get some shoes that could go with every outfit you have (not black shoes)
Reply:anything from hollisterr and abercrombie
Reply:It's all about brands and labels now. For example, you can't just have a pair of jeans that look good on you - they have to be designer.

Following my example, jeans that are really trendy right now include True Religion, Rock %26amp; Republic, 7 For All Mankind, Diesel, etc.

Shoes - well, obviously for girls, heels are in, and they always will be. Again, it's all about the name - oh, and the simple black pump is making a come back. Oh also - fun and crazy patterns are 'in' right now, especially when it comes to heels - just look at Manolo Blahnik.

Accessories - we are no longer in that dreadful 'over-accesorizing' thing we went through not to long ago. Now, it's more subtle. Headbands are back - thanks to Lauren Conrad, I might add.

Really - as bad as it may sound, what people care about now - are brands and labels. We are living in a material world! And I am a material girl - sorry, I couldn't resist, lol.
Reply:skinny jeans w/stilleto heels, peacoats, boots (uggs, knit boots) i find a lot of really cute stuff at

What do I bring for a semester in Greece?

I am a college student who is very concerned with fashion. I will be studying in Greece from late August through December, and I am trying to plan what to bring and what to leave home. Are there any items (clothes, shoes, accessories) that are very in style or necessary or anything that I should definitely leave at home?

What do I bring for a semester in Greece?
it's the mediterranean! comfortable shoes, grecian sandals, plenty of shorts and tunics, head scarves, coffee addictions, easy- breezy fashion and greasy windswept hair are all in fashion. athens is a dirty city, but the rest of greece is beautiful. have fun!
Reply:yeap the others said it all
Reply:Leave the sandals at home, puhleeeze, I cant stand to see another tourist wearing sandals with socks! lol

Greek women are very well dressed, so you should put make up in moderation, wear chic clothes but not dress heavily , wear shorts , etc
Reply:Don't forget to take care of your hair!!!

i noticed on USA you don't take care of your hair style but you do take EXTRA care with your nails!!!! Don't over do it here :-)

Ah! It's not cool for a girl to drink huge glasses of beer (I don't remember how you call them) ....
Reply:Hello dear!

Congratulations! It is a great decision and will positively mark your life!

I suppose you bring your laptop, a couple of necessary books, some clothes and shoes. You can find everything in Greece, but why to buy if you already have?

Fashion shoes, you can find in Greece.

Sport clothes and shoes you bring.
Reply:Definetly not you could bring whatever you want. Greece is not Iran or a Middle Eastern country, it a European coutry and so what you would bring let's say to England or France you could bring to Greece as well. Your proram, though, seems to start at a rather odd date (schools and universities in Greece usaly open at mid- september and do not get fully orerational until 1st October, please check your dates, again. Welcome to Greece and I hope that you will enjoy your stay and you will do and learn what you want to do!

Wedding Gift Etiquette? My family (3 of us) are in a cousins wedding.?

What is the appropriate gift amount to spend for them....My dress with shoes %26amp; accessories is about $350.00, my sons's tux is $110, and my husbands is $160.00, plus hotel room for 2 nights, plus what I already spent for the shower ($60.00), and the shower gift ($50.00), can I get away with getting them a gift card for $50.00, with everything else that we're spending?

Wedding Gift Etiquette? My family (3 of us) are in a cousins wedding.?
$50 is very generous. I guess it depends on what part of the country you are in. I see people on here who think everyone should spend $250-$500 on any wedding they are invited to.

Personally I thought the $50 gifts I received were generous and most people who got me a shower gift did not bring an additional gift to the wedding. They were giving me my gift early. $780 for a close family members wedding is quite generous.

Most of my bridesmaids and groomsmen didn't get us anything as they were paying for their dresses and tuxes. It was understood that they were not rich and could not afford to spend even the $100-150 on outfits and accessories, and then another $50 for a gift.

If it were me, I would buy 8-10 of the cheap things off their registry. The $2 items (ice cream scoop, veggie peeler, garlic press) and put them all together in a basket. Spend less than $50 but get them a lot of items. I think that is a very nice. If you wish (and can afford) to give them a $50 gift card, I'm sure they will be very appreciative.
Reply:Again, gifts are NOT why you were invited to the wedding - and CERTAINLY not why you all were asked to be in the wedding party.

Give what you can - but DON'T break your budget.
Reply:Most definetly!!! Give them $50 to Target!!!
Reply:I hate to break it to you, but the amount of money that you've spent on your attire, shower planning, travel, and lodging have no impact at all on an appropriate wedding gift. You are paying these expenses because you agreed to when you agreed to be in the wedding party. I know it's a lot, but they are all optional expenses that you chose to pay for (you could have declined the invitation to be in the wedding).

The shower gift also does not factor into the wedding gift, as they are completely separate events and gifts. For example, most people don't base how much they spend on a Christmas gift on how much they spent on a birthday gift.

A general rule of thumb is that you should give an amount equal to how much it cost to host your places at the reception. For two adults and a child, I'd say that's about $150, if not more, if you're giving cash/check/gift card.

However, a wedding gift is optional altogether. You don't have to give one at all, and you shouldn't break the bank. Unfortunately, most newlyweds forget about this, and they probably will think it's rude for you to stiff them.

Why not make them something, which would skirt the whole money issue altogether? Or if you're not crafty, buy them something sweet and heartfelt?
Reply:The cost of the gift from your family should have nothing to do with how much the three of you are spending by being attendants. If money were a problem, you wouldn't have accepted all three of you being in the wedding party. I think your gift, not a gift card, should be a minimum of $100.
Reply:You spend what you can afford. $50 is fine. Gift certificates are always appreciated.
Reply:walmart
Reply:Absolutely. You've spent alot of money to be in the wedding- that alone probably means the world to them, so whatever you could give would be appreciated.
Reply:Never feel obligated to spend more than you can afford. I think 50.00 would be fine.
Reply:$50 is generous
Reply:I would only do one for about $30.00. You have already spent a small fortune on this wedding.
Reply:First off, you are very generous!

Second, your shower gift can be counted as a wedding gift. Although some people give two, this is not an obligation, and the shower is supposed to be an opportunity to give gifts stemming from the days when it was socially improper to bring a gift to the wedding. You were to give a gift at the shower or drop it by the home of the bride's family.

If you still want to give a gift, because you are able and this person is important to you, I think a $50 gift card would be a wonderful gift! Maybe from somewhere where the couple is registered, so they can get something that wasn't bought off of their registry that they need.
Reply:hi

I think you can give them oil painting from their photo means turn their photo in oil painting it will create nice impression on them.

What to wear...?

I am going to a BBQ at my school tonight and right after there is going to be a dance and the parents and families all go to a meeting, (freshman orientation thing) So obviously im a freshman in highschool. But what do you wear to these things? I want it to be fun for the dance but also appropriate for a summer BBQ. I was thinking a cute sundress or something but i dont have one...so any suggestions from outfits, shoes, accessories to makeup and hair styles. Thanks you so much!

What to wear...?
I would say keep it casual and cute. Do not over dress.

Hair: down or in a high pony tail for a cute %26amp; simple look

make up: mascara and a light blush [apricot or peach], no eyeshadow for a fresh %26amp; glowing look

Top: keep it simple and nice. A good look is a tank top, or a tank over a t-shirt. You look fresh and young. Pair it with simple beads/pearls.

OR:

a T-shirt with a cool design

Bottoms: keep the bottoms extremely simple. If you want wild and funky, leave it in the top or else you will look awkward and complicated...unless that is what you are going for lol.

I would stick with a miniskirt, bermuda shorts or capris. No full length pants if you can help it. If there is a longer top that reaches over the tops of your thighs, stick with shorts or a min. Otherwise a bermuda or capris.

Shoes: flats, flops or converse

PS: also, just a helpful tip at the BBQ, DO NOT get anything that can spill on you. example: ketchup/mustard.

HOPE I HELPED HAVE A FABULOUS DAY!! ♥
Reply:I am thinking maybe some cute skinny jeans, flats, and a babydoll top, or some plaid bermudas and an empire waist top, or a short sleeve henley with lace camy underneath and some flip flops or flats, with some big bold jewelry and some bangles or bracelets of some sort. Have fun.
Reply:I think you should wear jeans and a white or black shirt and have fun with you accesories and makeup. Wear a headband or a head scarf and big bangles and bracelets. Match your makeup to the color of you accesories or use warm bronzy tones.
Reply:i think, a sundress sounds good but a blouse and jeans with some cute flip flops would be good to! hope i helped.
Reply:something casualy, cute and comfortable., wear bermuda shorts *if you have em* with a nice top.
